The terms that apply when you book through Flights Fare, and how we handle your personal information.
Last updated: September 2026. These terms govern your use of the reservation service provided by Digital Tech LLC trading as Flights Fare.
Flights Fare is operated by Digital Tech LLC, a member of the airline affiliate networks operated by Priceline. Flights Fare is not an airline and this is not an airline website. We act as an agent in arranging air travel; the contract of carriage is between you and the operating airline, and the airline’s conditions of carriage govern your flight.
We charge a service fee on reservations booked through us. The fee is quoted to you as part of the total cost before any booking is confirmed and before payment is taken. You may decline at that point at no charge. Our service fee is separate from the airline’s fare, taxes and carrier-imposed charges.
Airline fares and seat availability change continuously and are not guaranteed until a ticket is issued. A quote given during a call is valid only for that call. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of a specific fare.
A reservation exists only once our agent has issued it and provided a confirmation or record locator, and you have received an itinerary by email. If you have not received both, call us before travelling.
Change and cancellation rights are determined by the fare rules of the ticket you buy and by the operating airline, not by us. We will explain the applicable rules before you book and will action changes with the airline on your behalf. Airline-imposed fees are payable to the airline. Our service fee is non-refundable once a ticket has been issued.
We act as a booking agent. We are not liable for delay, cancellation, schedule change, denied boarding, baggage loss or any other act or omission of the operating airline. Our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the service fee you paid us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of New Mexico, where the company is registered.

Only to arrange and service your reservation: issuing the ticket, transmitting required passenger data to the operating airline and our fulfilment partner, and contacting you about your booking. We do not sell personal information to third parties and we do not use your data for unrelated marketing.
The operating airline, Priceline as our fulfilment partner, and our payment processor — in each case only the data needed to complete your booking. We may disclose information where required by law.
We keep booking records for as long as required for tax and regulatory purposes. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it subject to those obligations. Call 888-679-3489 to make a request.
