What Flights Fare actually is

Flights Fare is a phone-based flight reservation service operated by Digital Tech LLC. We book Delta, United, American, British Airways, Lufthansa and Emirates as a member of the airline affiliate networks operated by Priceline, which is how we access live availability and ticket your reservation.

Flights Fare is not an airline and this is not an airline website. If you want to book directly with the carrier and pay no service fee, you can always do that on the airline’s own site — we will tell you so on the call if that is the better option for your trip.

How we are paid

We charge a service fee on reservations booked through us. The fee is quoted as part of the total cost before anything is ticketed, and you are free to decline. We do not add charges after the fact and we do not bury the fee in the fare.

What we are useful for

• Reservations where you would rather talk to a person than fill in a form
• Changes and cancellations on an existing booking, handled with the airline for you
• Frequent flyer award seats and upgrade availability, compared against the cash fare
• Multi-city, open-jaw and mixed-cabin itineraries that price badly online
• Premium cabin bookings where inventory is easier to work by phone
• Same-day and last-minute travel

What we will not do

We will not tell you a fare is guaranteed before it is ticketed, because fares move. We will not claim to be the airline. And we will not quote you a price that excludes our fee. If any of that happens on a call with us, we want to hear about it.
